Rainfall across central America as new development begins taking shape

| Storm Report 2021

Disturbance Four remains stationary, scattered over the eastern end of Panama causing heavy rainfall. It seems highly likely that this will now contribute to the gathering pressure formation which has been speculated over for the past few days. This area of low pressure currently extends from Colombia to the Bay of Campeche, filling in the southern part which may indicate development will take place towards the northern end of central America into the western Caribbean during the coming week. Shrouded in uncertainty, the position, intensity and track are not yet clear. Rain and thunderstorms across the region are the only safe bet at present.

Stand easy.
