Airborne sand continuing to hamper cyclone development
Disturbance Thirteen is the only pressure gradient on radar today. Centred some three days’ steaming east of the northernmost Leeward Islands headed west at 18 knots, this is dredging airborne sand and unlikely to develop. At worst, this is expected to bring heavy rainfall to the islands of the east and north-eastern Caribbean over the coming weekend.
